Anyone interested in Amateur Radio is welcome to join The Golden Empire Amateur Radio Society. You do not need to be a licensed ham.
There is a link to the membership application form below below. Please complete the form, and send it to the address on the application, along with your check.
New members will be voted in to membership by the BOD after the monthly meetings and will receive membership information from the GEARS Secretary and a membership list in a few days.
GEARS monthly meetings are held on the third Friday every month, at 6 PM, at the Butte County Search and Rescue building, 3898 Morrow Lane, in Chico, and usually include an interesting and informative speaker or program.
If you are interested in Amateur Radio, you are invited to attend.
